We have technicians who will provide you with preventive maintenance; repair service and after-sale support, and give you helpful advice in and out of warranty.
Installation advice is also provided, and Authorised Installation Representatives are highly recommended.

• We provide also a free preventive maintenance troubleshooting help-desk-line, which will help eliminate any minor problems.

• Please call our Service Centre on (07) 3907 0283 and follow the prompts, during 8.30 a.m.-5 p.m., Mon-Fri. (Except public holidays) or contact your sole dealer.
• Please describe problem in as much detail as possible for effective resolution.
• Our service team provides on-call repair subject to appointment.
• If for any reason you are unsatisfied with our products, please notify to the Customer Relationship Management on

• All services requests will be responded and would be used as part of our development work.
